Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support solution design reviews
  • Ensure data integrity, controls, and audit readiness across compensation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Eight to ten years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong Business Analyst experience supporting HR-focused initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field
  • Experience with enterprise HR systems and understanding of HR processes
  • Background in User Acceptance Testing strategy and execution
