Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support healthcare clients in a full-time consulting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
• Analyze business requirements and create user stories in collaboration with Product Owners and technical teams
• Assist in high-level project planning and ensure requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of business analysis experience within software development environments
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements in user stories using Gherkin format
• Ability to identify both functional and non-functional requirements for digital applications
• Practical understanding of agile principles and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
