Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to work on implementing capabilities for an enterprise financial software system.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and user needs, producing documentation and deliverables
• Lead a team of business analysts to refine epics and stories, optimizing analysis processes
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and convert business use cases into actionable tasks

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a federal Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or no degree with 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile projects
• Solid understanding of Agile development life cycle and project management methodologies
• Strong experience with modeling software such as Visio or Draw.io
• Proficiency in requirements-gathering tools and experience with JIRA and Confluence
