Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join an Agile product team focused on enterprise financial software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small BA team, delegating tasks and optimizing processes for requirements gathering
• Manage the backlog, convert business use cases into technical requirements, and facilitate Sprint discussions
• Define system architecture, create visual models, and maintain project documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of BA experience or 3+ years of BA experience without a degree
• Solid understanding of the Agile development life cycle and traditional project management
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong experience with modeling tools such as Visio or Draw.io
• General understanding of DevOps culture and tools
