Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings and manage attendees effectively
• Interview project stakeholders to gather information for documentation
• Generate grammatically correct documentation including reports and training manuals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid
• Minimum 3 years of experience with large IT applications
• Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Office applications
