Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and procurement coordination
• Coordinate project portfolios, ensuring status reporting and milestone management
• Facilitate team communication and documentation through structured meetings and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business analyst role, preferably in facilities management or real estate
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) and work order management systems is a plus
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
