Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support for internal and external users of reporting systems
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials, and conduct system demonstrations
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and implement reporting solutions for clients and brokers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or a related field with 5 years of experience in data management and analytics, or a High School diploma/GED with 9 years of relevant experience
• Health Care Claims Experience preferred
• Proven experience leading data and analytics discussions and projects
• Proficiency in SQL Server and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
