Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering and process mapping
• 3+ years of administration and configuration experience with a leading workflow management platform
• Proven experience supporting marketing or creative operations workflows
• Experience working within agile or iterative delivery environments
