Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, managing requirements and testing throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, refine, and validate business requirements, features, and user stories
• Act as a liaison between business units, project managers, and technical teams while facilitating user acceptance testing
• Assist the project manager by owning analysis and testing components, and support developers by clarifying requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and requirements work
• Experience with Agile processes
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
