Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support Claims and Billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Claims and Billing stakeholders to identify workflows and pain points, delivering technology solutions
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, develop functional specifications, and collaborate with engineering teams
• Support UAT and QA activities, provide production support, and act as a subject-matter expert in Claims and Billing processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of business and systems analysis, testing, or related experience
• 5+ years of experience with requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and project planning
• Strong understanding of claims and/or billing operations, preferably in the insurance industry
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
