Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support a large-scale NetSuite implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders
• Lead process discovery sessions and develop process flow documentation
• Support migration efforts from multiple ERPs into NetSuite and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash, Fulfillment lifecycle, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Experience supporting NetSuite implementations, with a preference for NetSuite OneWorld experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across Finance, Operations, and IT
• Experience in mapping requirements to test cases and providing UAT support
• Proficiency in process flow mapping, preferably using Visio
