Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of technical projects aimed at improving public health data usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Document business practices and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and support process enhancements
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and ensure solutions align with business needs while monitoring service level agreements
• Develop test cases, conduct user acceptance testing, and manage vendor performance for public health data systems integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, with at least 3 years in application or product lifecycle management
• Experience writing Use Cases and knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in a virtual environment
