Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (TTB) to support the modernization of TTB's Permits Online system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs
• Manage and refine the Jira backlog, ensuring user stories are complete and prioritized
• Support Agile delivery ceremonies and maintain strong requirements traceability across projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or modernization initiatives
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation
• Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation in complex environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust designation
