Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to improve health and human services outcomes using innovative technology and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience
• One or more years of Medicaid experience; Member Eligibility experience is a plus
• Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and quantitative analysis software
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
