Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support Guidewire Claims and Billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Claims and Billing stakeholders to understand workflows and identify pain points
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and develop functional specifications
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support UAT and QA activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5+ years of business and systems analysis, testing, or related experience
Strong understanding of claims and/or billing operations, preferably in the insurance industry
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments
Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
Experience with test automation strongly preferred
