Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate a business analyst team's activities on IT projects and mentor newer team members
Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry, with Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
Experience with Case Management and Prior Authorization
Knowledge of programming concepts, including configuration and development
Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
Experience with requirement-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
