Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge clinical operations, product, and engineering on a VA clinical decision support platform.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders
Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams for engineering
Analyze alert performance data and maintain requirements traceability matrices

Required Qualifications

3+ years of BA or business systems analyst experience, ideally in health IT
Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data standards
Proficiency in writing user stories and process flow documentation
Bachelor's degree
Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner/Oracle Health is a plus
