Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Information Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and translate business needs into actionable user stories and specifications
• Facilitate requirements elicitation and ensure user-friendly interfaces in collaboration with clients and developers
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support post-launch analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in business analysis within ERP environments is ideal
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and web technologies
• Experience with requirements writing and technical documentation is required
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and basic understanding of data modeling or SQL is a plus
