Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for software, systems, and processes
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and verification, and provide training to end users
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in systems and processes, collaborating with stakeholders for resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
• General knowledge of FACETS system is preferred
