Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions for the NonConformance process.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for the AI-enabled nonconformance workflow
Facilitate discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment
Track requirements, decisions, risks, and dependencies across workstreams while maintaining structured documentation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprise environments
Experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or advanced digital programs
Strong process mapping skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear requirements
Proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with multiple stakeholders
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), including drafting requirements and planning
