Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Financial Manager in the IDRE review process.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile case reviews, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Assist in developing workflows, templates, and documentation tools for the review process
• Conduct research to ensure compliance with Federal IDR processes and audit data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of related experience or training
• Associate's degree in healthcare or business preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in medical billing, claims, appeals, or related fields
• Experience with financial and revenue cycle analysis preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
