Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to improve business processes and system changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide business requirements for enhancements
• Provide training and post-implementation support, including problem resolution and change management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and presenting solutions
• Experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
• 2+ years of experience using project planning techniques and methodologies
• 2+ years of business process analytics skills in Excel and workflow modeling
