Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst-III, responsible for analyzing data to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
• Monitor and optimize KPIs while leading initiatives to improve organizational metrics
• Write SQL queries and utilize Python to automate workflows and enhance data models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a STEM field
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, management consulting, product, or tech roles
• Prior experience driving measurable results in business or customer operations
• Expertise in SQL queries, ETL processes, and A/B testing
• Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, with experience in building scalable models
