Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to manage the intake process for HR and CSM product suites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of requests from initial customer contact to finalized functional requirements
• Lead elicitation workshops to uncover business needs and collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog
• Propose solutions utilizing ServiceNow's capabilities and maintain high-quality documentation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in HRSD and CSM modules
• Background as a Certified Citizen Developer is preferred
• Solid understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with expertise in elicitation techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
