Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering business requirements and analyzing workflow and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and articulate business requirements, and analyze workflows and processes
• Maintain and refine the backlog with engineers, ensuring proper organization of JIRA tickets
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and support team productivity by removing blockers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education
• Experience in Ed Tech, Education, or Digital Content Development is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of APIs
