Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering business requirements and analyzing workflow and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, writing functional specifications and user stories
• Maintain and refine the backlog with engineers, ensuring JIRA tickets are organized
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and support agile teams in developing effective workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education
• Experience in Ed Tech, Education, or Digital Content Development is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of APIs
