Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst to provide technical and analytical support in an Information Technology office.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SharePoint environments, ensuring secure content management
- Manage and enhance Smartsheet solutions for real-time portfolio tracking and reporting
- Perform financial and portfolio data analysis, including tracking contract funding and reconciling spend plans
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or program support
- Experience with SharePoint administration, including permissions and workflows
- Proficiency in Smartsheet for dashboards and reporting
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards using Excel or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
