Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to align strategic vision and business outcomes with delivered results.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment between strategic vision and business outcomes throughout project delivery
• Lead workshops to identify strategic drivers and develop use cases and requirements
• Provide expertise in eCommerce solutions, particularly with Shopify and BigCommerce platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing Business Analyst or Business Consultant role
• Experience with Shopify (Plus/B2B) or similar commerce platforms; BigCommerce knowledge is a plus
• Experience with full life-cycle projects from initial scoping through delivery
• Comfort with agile, iterative software development methodologies
• Interest in digital commerce technology and eagerness to learn about new tools and best practices
