Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Claims Process and Strategy department.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business and IT to elicit and document requirements for business processes and systems
• Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Develop Test Plans and manage User testing, ensuring adherence to project methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Systems analysis
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate business needs and technical solutions
• Understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to business environments
• Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences (5% proficiency)
