Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear, deliverable requirements for the Department of Veteran Affairs Loan Guaranty Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user stories and break down requirements into actionable functionality
• Analyze data requirements and business rules, understanding end-to-end data flows
• Maintain documentation supporting new feature development and contribute to product design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with an Associate's or high school diploma
• Ability to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in a role requiring leadership in ambiguous situations
• Ability to shift focus between high-priority tasks as needed
