Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support their growing team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document system and user requirements from executive leadership
• Analyze business processes for gaps and document improvements using Standard Operating Procedures or workflow diagrams
• Facilitate optimal business decisions through analytical techniques such as Return on Investment and Business Case Analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Versatility to work cross-functionally across various departments
• Experience in large-scale system implementations through all project phases
• Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
• Evidence of business acumen for effective communication during operations and IT service delivery
