Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, analyze, and document system and user requirements from executive leadership
• Analyze business processes for gaps and document improvements using Standard Operating Procedures or workflow diagrams
• Leverage analytical techniques to facilitate optimal business decisions and ensure project requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in large-scale system implementations across all project phases
• Ability to work cross-functionally across departments such as Finance, IT, and Operations
• Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation and presentations
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
