Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and operational needs
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical designs meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-6 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst in technology transformation
• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) is required
• Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry preferred
