Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to drive and analyze technical support services for enterprise processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and collaborate with peers while escalating issues as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and implement changes based on data analysis
• Schedule and facilitate tactical meetings, gather metrics, and ensure documentation is up to date

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Basic understanding of business concepts and decision-making processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic understanding of Information Technology systems and organizational IT policies
