• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit clear, actionable requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in Business Analysis & Consulting, preferably in tax or financial services
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirement documents and workflow diagrams
• Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret insights relevant to business needs
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and data modeling basics
