Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather and validate business requirements
• Develop functional specifications and assist stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications is mandatory
• Proven expertise in HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes
• Strong knowledge of SaaS application testing, including regression testing for Oracle updates
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and test automation tools
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and gap analysis
