Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) and identify areas of operational improvement
• Manage and grow a metric monitoring system, supporting operational data flows and maintaining pipeline components
• Analyze data using SQL queries and pivot tables, reporting project status and risks to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 5 to 7 years of experience in project management within operations
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization
• Experience with pipeline configuration and data flow management
• Prior experience with QA testing and systems improvement
