Business Analyst 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst 3 with expertise in Workday Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery and design sessions to understand business and system requirements
• Document technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders for review
• Create and execute test plans, manage defects, and support the implementation of new features

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst focused on HRIS
• Strong experience with the Workday Recruiting module and interview management tools like BrightHire
• Solid understanding of the recruiting function and lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Experience in enterprise environments with cross-functional team collaboration
