Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on customer success and CRM solutions
Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and CRM systems, preferably Creatio
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to drive business decisions
Technical acumen with knowledge of low-code platforms and system integrations
