Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for system improvements and productivity enhancements
Conduct analyses and facilitate sessions to define measurable process improvement objectives and project requirements
Support user acceptance testing and ensure product alignment with business needs through active representation of business users

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years' experience in Business Process development
1-3 years' experience in Project Management and Agile Product Development methodologies
Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred
Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
