Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops methodologies for analyzing company data and provides insights on aftermarket parts sales performance
• Identifies performance management needs, executes reports, and collaborates with the Business Intelligence team for automation opportunities
• Translates business data into actionable customer engagement opportunities and collaborates with internal teams to enhance customer success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Sales, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of data analysis and reporting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as relational database management tools
• Strong business or sales acumen to analyze and resolve issues
• Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of Aftermarket Supplier products and technology components
