Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support a federal client with financial data processes and system evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytical work for designing, adapting, and testing financial systems in line with federal policy changes
• Manage financial data governance to maintain a "single source of truth" across the organization
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders for system upgrades

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (dual citizens not eligible)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design in a financial or enterprise environment
• Proven experience supporting large-scale financial management systems
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex data discrepancies across systems
