Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze software requirements based on customer needs
Create and document workflows related to customer journeys
Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project management to drive project deliverables

Required Qualifications

Basic understanding of Jira and Agile methodology
Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and workflow documentation
Exposure to QA, UAT, or integration testing preferred
Interest in technology/software with a willingness to learn
Experience in financial services or payments industry is a plus
