Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst responsible for managing asset management activities and configuration documentation across the Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control enterprise asset management and configuration management activities for software, hardware, systems, and related components
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Configuration Management Plan and ensure accurate documentation of configuration items
• Oversee knowledge management activities and manage SharePoint access and controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with two years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting a federal customer and government IT organization
• Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices
• Experience managing documentation repositories and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint
• U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
