Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support a government healthcare client by leveraging analytical and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to foster trust across user groups
• Create onboarding materials, training guides, and technical documentation for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine communications and training plans for platform adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Policy Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
• Proficiency in basic visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Fluency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in cross-functional teams
