Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a K&I Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned projects and products, managing product ownership
• Gather, define, document, and manage project requirements, including business rules and functional specifications
• Lead user experience development, including user stories and usability testing, to enhance product engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership/management or professional services with a focus on user experience
• Four-year college/university degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and familiar with content management systems
• Experience with UI/UX design and delivering end-user change management programs
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile/scrum methodologies
