Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support business change initiatives and optimization efforts within a technology-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across multiple business lines
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, improvement, and value realization in business change initiatives
• Develop business, product, and process models to define current and future state workflows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a business change or optimization environment
• Hands-on experience with business product and process modeling
• Experience in an agile software development life cycle, including requirements gathering
• Familiarity with end-to-end SDLC phases: design, implementation, release, and support
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with teams
