Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support an industry leader in data center providers in a permanent remote role based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate process review sessions with stakeholders
• Perform complex business and system analysis work and conduct requirements gathering using Agile methodology
• Map customer journeys and identify risks with product, people, process, and systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a business change and optimizing environment
• 3+ years of experience in business product and process modeling
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile software development life cycle environment
• Experience with ITIL framework and/or similar frameworks
• Experience with business process modeling using BPM modeling tools such as BPMN 2.0
