Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support teams across multiple regions in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and working sessions to evaluate and improve operational processes
• Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements, translating them into user stories
• Assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state workflows focused on efficiency and customer experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in business transformation or enterprise systems initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in Agile environments throughout the software development lifecycle
• Strong background in business process modeling and requirements documentation using BPMN and UML
• Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
• Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams
