Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support a long-term platform initiative in the retirement and savings services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business acceptance and beta testing across 20+ phased core rollouts
Review test outcomes and feedback to assess functionality and required actions
Communicate testing status and findings clearly to the Product Owner and scrum team

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of Business Analyst experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience with business acceptance testing, UAT, or beta testing
Financial services, retirement, banking, or payroll domain experience strongly preferred
Strong requirements elicitation skills with technical and business stakeholders
Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools
